 Cash, Check, and PayPal accepted.  We have a Web Store available to purchase hourly events.  (A small fee is applied for Web Store use to pay the Paypal fees.)  Please call BEFORE placing your order in our Web Store to check availability.  There will be a $35 fee for any returned check.

When calling to check availability of a date and time, we are able to hold that spot open for your event for 24 hours.  To guarantee the date and time, please call us back within those 24 hours to confirm the use of our services and to arrange payment.  Contracts will then be sent out.  Deposit and contact must be returned ASAP (within one week) to keep your spot booked and on the calendar.

For last minute birthdays (within 7 days of the party), you will be required to a written statement through email confirming the party as well as agreeing to the cancellation policy.  Full payment will be required prior to the party.  Payment must be made through Paypal. Otherwise no parties will be accepted within that 7 day period prior to party.  If you choose to cancel, no refunds will be given.

For residential events such as birthday parties, family reunions, etc...a deposit of half the total is due prior to the event...balance due the day of the event...or pay the full amount prior to event with cash/check or use the Web Store.

For business/commerical events... full amount due the day of the event.

For schools, libraries, and churches...full amount due the day of the event.

We will call a few days prior to the event to confirm the location, date, and traveling directions.  If you have not received a phone call by 5 pm the day before the event, please call us to confirm.

For cancellations:  Cancellations 7 or more days out from the event date will incur a 20% cancellation fee. If you choose to cancel 6 or less days prior to the event, no refunds will be given as this time was reserved for your event.

No cancellation fee will be applied for extreme weather conditions including snow, flooding, or windstorm...or if the entertainer becomes sick the day of the event.

PLEASE NOTE:  Rain or Shine, the entertainment will go on.  Please see the above cancellation policy because rain does not qualified for "EXTREME weather conditions--no cancellation fee."

If you are planning to have an outdoor event, please have a secondary plan just in case unforeseen weather (like rain) comes through prior to or during the event.  If the location of the event is moved because of weather, please call us as soon as possible to give us the updated information.
